Wonderful post! We watched a couple of versions of a Christmas Carol this year, but I will be watching from a new perspective now. It’s good to have a recipe for plum pudding, too.

I always love learning the story behind a story, or a hymn even. I also especially love reading anything about Charles Dickens, even though I’ve studied him extensively over the years. I haven’t yet watched A Christmas Carol this year, but I’m waiting to watch either Mickey’s or the Muppet’s with the little one soon. I feel like suspending our daily reading of The Secret Garden a nap time for a while and reading A Christmas Carol instead.
