I am a fan of bold flavors. The zesty combination of mayo and ginger paired with smoky grilled chicken and sweet pineapple make this grilled sandwich a tasty treat. Add in the zip of fresh sliced jalapenos and you have something amazing!
Kids are back at school and summer break may be officially over but grilling season is just getting started here in Arkansas. Our great weather makes it possible to grill out way into October and maybe even beyond. It’s a good thing, too, because you will want to make these Hawaiian Chicken Sandwiches several times before the end of the season.
